In April 2015,
4 major earthquakes
& 114 tremors
devistated Nepal.
Nearly a year later, 1.2 million people are still homeless and displaced. Many are living in tents and makeshift lean-tos, tin sheds, or whatever they could put together to protect their families.
The following four months brought heavy monsoon and rainfall. The rain and unstable grounds from the quakes and tremors created landslides- washing away the remaining homes, water and irrigation systems, roads, schools, and hospitals.
This summer, the Rohrer Dental Wellness Center Team will be "Ascending the Height of Mount Everest" to raise funds and awareness for the people of Nepal.
Hundreds are dying from exposure and malnutrition.
